• MAY:    On May 15 of this year Roman Catholic Bisop Thomas V. Daily, the sixth bishop of the Brooklyn Diocese, died at the Bisop Mugavero Residence in Douglason, Queens after reaching the age of 90 years. According to a report in the Brooklyn Diocesan newspaper, the Tablet, Bishop Daily was Brooklyn's Bishop from 1990 until 2003.  (Source:  Report, "Death of Bishop Thomas V.
